Appalachia Service Project

ASP, or Appalachia Service Project, is built upon the foundation of making family’s homes warmer, safer, and drier. By going on this trip and choosing to serve others, you will be living out that mission completely. You will have the opportunity to fight the inequality in living conditions that is so rampant, even right in our backyard. Serving families who can offer nothing in return will be one of the most humbling and yet awesome experiences of your life. In addition, you will be immersed in the culture that is rural Appalachia in the United States. Come join us as we fight to end sub-par housing in the United States.

“Attending an ASP Trip was one of the best choices I have ever made. I was able to serve those who needed it most, all while learning so much more from the families than they could have ever imagined. Truly a humbling experience and one I will never forget.”

-Kurt Saenger-Heyl, 2013-2014 Team Leader
